[presto]scroll over!
The Phantom liked to play games with the students, and keep their days interesting. Some of them seemed to get so stuck in their routines; wake up, get dressed, go to class, eat, do homework, sleep, repeat. No, that was simply no way to spend your school days, and certainly not your teenage years. The school should be encouraging fun and play, but if the school wasn't going to do it, the Phantom would do it for them.
On occasion, the Phantom liked to pull students from their beds and leave them in new and peculiar places around the school, with tricks and treats to keep them on their toes, but that wasn't the only way that the Phantom liked to play. Some days, like today, it was fun just to create a new room or game, and leave it there for students to stumble upon.
This time, the Phantom had found an unused room on the First Floor and decided it needed a little redecorating. Nothing too elaborate of course... Just a whole ton of silver glitter. No other color, just silver. On the floor there was about a foot of glitter and any table tops and surfaces were equally as thickly coated. The ceiling looked like it was packed with glitter too, but it was magic that held it up there. Little snow-like flurries of glitter would rain down at random moments, some times just in one small area, sometimes over the whole room; some times for a few seconds, some times for a few minutes. There was no pattern to predict in the glitter fall, but each new flurry brought a new layer of glitter to the floor.
By the Phantom's own judgement, the room looked spectacular. Everything was bright and shiny, and who, honestly, didn't enjoy diving into an excessive amount of glitter? Most of the students probably hadn't seen so much glitter all in one place before! Whoever stumbled upon this room was in for a fun time, if only they could let go and allow themselves to have the fun that they deserved.
The Phantom left, keeping an eye on the room to see just who stumbled across it, and just how much fun they had.
