Addie is feminine and very meticulous and fashionable with her looks, and it shows. Her hair is her pride and joy. It's naturally wickedly curly, thick, and buoyant, with a golden blonde top and a dark underlayer, though occasionally the colors will blend into a compromise of light brown. Naturally, it reaches her mid-back, and straightened, it goes to her waist. Frequently it is adorned with large bows, clips, flowers, etc. and almost always it is styled in some side pony, bun, braid, straightened, etc, and even when it's not, she makes sure her locks are perfectly curled. She likes to stay tan when possible, and keeps very good care of her skin. Her eyes are a warm brown with long eyelashes and embellished with carefully-applied makeup.
After her hair, Addie's body is her second pride. She has eye-catching curves, which are accentuated by her way of dress. She never has a 'bum' day, and always dresses up; skirts, dresses, blouses, high waisted shorts and a crop top are her go-to. Basically, she'll wear anything that make her body look even better than it does already, and show off as much as possible without being tasteless - low cut shirts, short shorts/skirts, etc. Other than her hair and body, her most distinguishing feature is probably her mouth, which is larger than average, as well as her teeth, which constitutes a wide beaming smile.

Addie shields her anxiety with a wall of confidence. That's not to say her confidence is fake; no, the promiscuity, the socialization, the flirting, that's all real. She's very much a people person; she will always seize the opportunity to initiate conversation and to help others. Above all else, she loves to help; it pains her to see others upset, so she's often the one to confide in, even to complete strangers, and she will give her most heartfelt advice and sympathy. As a friend, she's very sisterly; she'll be the first to party and have a good time with you, to talk gossip and boys, but she'll also be protective and there in times of need, and will tell you exactly what you need to hear, even if it's not what you want to hear; she can be blunt like that. She's quick to identify when something is wrong, even with strangers. When she graduates, she wants to go into Healing and specialize in Psychological Trauma.
When there's nothing to be fixed however, Addie is all about having fun. She's a regular attendee of Hogwarts' parties, indulging in all of their benefits: dancing, flirting, socializing, drinking (everything she loves most) and especially dancing - the more sultry, the better. She's a complete tease like that; not only does she dress to get the boys' (or girls) attention, but she acts to do so as well. She likes to have them tripping over themselves before giving them what they want. Although she's active in the fling scene for physical gratification, she is a sucker for romance. She reads a lot of romance novels; she reads a lot in general, and she is interested in maintaining her grades, though she can neglect them every once in a while.
However, she does suffer from anxiety, which stems from her schizophrenia. It is the one thing in life she is private about, along with her Seeing ability. However, she's not a very good liar, so it's a struggle to hide sometimes. For someone so skilled at giving advice, she is easily stressed and overwhelmed herself, which prompts hallucinations and voices that aren't really there. Nor is she very apt and handling said stress - she will get bitter and frantic. As a child, she was not nearly as social or confident as she is now, and her craving for attention stems from a harbored fear that she'll return to her antisocial ways.

As a kid, Addie was a far cry from the confident and social girl that she is now. In fact, she was immensely socially awkward, and had few friends. Her only real friend was her twin sister, Francesca, who was her opposite; very popular, social. Addie wanted to be just like her, but she first had to overcome the voices and visions she began seeing as a little kid. They were particularly vivid, and came without warning. Her parents, fearful, took her to doctors who diagnosed her with schizophrenia, which was unusual for someone so young. The case itself was unusual: though hallucinations were a common symptom, them telling of the future and coming true was not, and that's exactly what happened.
It started out small; on a bright day with not a cloud in the sky, she would talk about how it was going to rain later, and it would, when not even the weathermen got it right. She would hear voices from people who weren't there, and see things that weren't there, but were later. She even predicted a letter arriving telling her and her sister that they were witches - her parents, of course, thought it was childish imagination. Her sister did not suffer from the same symptoms, but other strange things happened around her, as well.
By the time the letter did arrive, her social situation had improved slightly. She had made a few more friends, and when this opportunity to start fresh arrived, she was determined to take it. The Sorting Hat seemed to sense her potential confidence and bravery, as it sorted both her and Francesca into Gryffindor. Per usual, Francesca was the immediate hit among the classmates, while Adelaide grew anxious at the new environment, but determinedly did not let it show. Thus, she made a few friends, and some enemies, in Slytherin, who knew of her Muggle background and targeted her for it.
As the years past, her social situation got better and better. She could make friends for herself, keep up her grades decently, and the hallucinations were few and far between. However, in her third year, she did discover the reason behind the mystery of her childhood; she had a Seeing ability, which was extremely unusual for a Muggleborn. Knowing how much of a joke subject Divination was, she kept it a secret from everybody but her sister, who, as it turned out, would take that secret to the grave.
The summer after their fourth year, Addie was at home, in bed with a cold, while Francesca was at a sleepover at a Muggle friend's house. Addie awoke in the middle of the night, panicked, because she had a dream that her sister and the Muggle family had been attacked by Dark wizards. Her parents assured her it was just a nightmare, and she returned to bed. The next morning, she awoke to a police officer at the door telling them that Francesca and her friend's family had been found dead from unknown causes.
That made her fifth year a very difficult time for her, but it was also when she began to experiment with partying and drinking and getting really into the social scene. She had already by then determined she was attracted to both males and females, and was dating around a bit as well as finding herself in a few flings. Her OWLs got her a bit anxious, but she did well enough on them. Coming into her sixth year, she fears that her well-kept secret will be exposed as she continues Divination, which almost nobody carries into the NEWT level, but she plans on continuing her fun-loving way of life.
