Come One, Come All, Come Plot with Frank.

This is Frank, give 'em a wave Frank.

Friends: are very important to Frank, I imagine he has quite a lot of old friends he's kept in touch with both from hogwarts and before hand, though over the last couple of years, he and some of these old friends may have been forced to divide over the war. Frank values old friends but not so much he wouldn't be quite vocal in his support for muggle rights. It's likely the friends he played with pre-hogwarts would have been all purebloods or halfbloods that were quite active in the wizarding community, just as they'd be the people his mother would know. During hogwarts he is likely to have got on quite well with the majority of students but as more of a background figure than the life and soul of the party. Lately his mostly sees people from work and the Order but if he free he's normally friendly.

Enemies: are a newish concept to Frank or at least in the sense in people who hate you or your beliefs so much they attempt to curse your head off but it's likely that he increasingly accumulating these as well the run of the mill old school rivalries and falling outs that occur without a war to spark them.

Lovers: Who doesn't love to be loved? He is of course working towards an eventual goal of marrying Alice Longbottom and siring a lovable large eared baby but until she notices his ambitions Frank isn't adverse to taking anyone pleasant for a drink.

Hello Frank! *waves a lot* I have a rather large collection of peoples (howwww did this happen!?), though I think some of them can pretty much just be ignored - most of the students at least. However, perhaps he'd know James since there's on a few years between them, and Frank was on the Quidditch team, right? 

As for others:
Ted: We all know Mr Tonks over here! A bit older than Frank (24) and also works for the ministry. He deals with muggles exposed to magic and thinking up the cover stories and all of that, so I don't think it'd be too far fetched to think that his might end up working alongside some aurors now and again, where cases have got a bit out of hand or something? 

Georgina: This girl is about as bad as they can get, and I think there's a greater change of these two knowing each other. She's been out of school for two years, which would  make her the year below Frank, and she's about as sadistic and twisted as a Death Eater can get. I think they'd have known each other from back in school and not got along at all, and that'll only have got worse since they left school. They're about as opposite as two people can be.

James: Having been on the quidditch since his second year, he'd have played alongside Frank for three years (I think). Frank wasn't an exceptional player, only making the team in his forth year but he is a very keen quidditch fan so they might have had a bit on bonding over going over the national/international results. The other possibility is they might have known each on some level since childhood as it sounds like they had quite similar upbringing (you will play that damn piano!) the Longbottom being another old money, old blood lines family so their parents may have known each other.

Ted:Yes I imagine when there's large scale muggle involvement that memory charms can't cover (and with so much nastiness targeted at muggles and muggleborns at the moment this is getting commoner) they may have worked quite closely. Frank wouldn't trust himself to come up with a muggle worthy excuse if his life depended on it, so is quite impressed that Ted can navigate both worlds successfully. Having found that Ted is a good sort of bloke he also might be someone Frank would seek out to quiz on muggle stuff like "Can I wear this jumper with shorts and why isn't acceptable for muggle men to wear skirts - seems very sexist..." Magically Frank's pretty talented great in a tight spot and what not and if you ever need a potion brewed he's your man but he definitely struggles with muggle interaction. 

Miss Parkinson: This could be fun! Frank would remember her from school, I imagine they'd have had a fair few run ins none very pleasant and Frank may have spent time as a prefect continually issuing her detentions I doubt she'd have liked that. They may have also had more volatile confrontations especially once they both left Hogwarts. Georgina in Franks opinion should be locked up and if he caught her doing anything she could be booked her he'd do his damnest to bring her in. I love to play out a scuffle between the two of them if you fancy it?

James: Ooh good point! They'd have known each other through bloodlines and parents and stuff. Probably would have teamed up to hide away somewhere and find something fun to do when some function or other got really boring XD I think they'd pretty much have known each other their whole lives, even if they're not particularly close. They're both from good families with no interest in the dark arts so I think it's safe to say they'd have a basic level of trust in each other, just knowing that there's no risk of 'death eaterish stuff'.

Ted: Yeah, it'd be more and more often. Ted actually really hates his job at the minute and it feels like a drag to him, but he's sticking it out because he feels like he has to. I can almost picture him getting really fed up one day and acting really out of character for himself... Ted really loves potions and has a little experimental lab of his own in the shed in his back yard, and loves creating new potions. He's had a few successes and more than anything wants to be able to that as a job, but he won't because the Ministry job is a more stable source of income. He'll definitely help with the muggle attire thing... and have a good laugh over the site of Frank dressed as a woman.

Georgina: They'd definitely have had/will have run-ins. Georgie loves conflicts, especially when she can use words to really rile a person up, which she's surprisingly good at. Chances are if he tried to give her detentions she'd have turned it around in some way and made him the one that suffered for it in some new sleazy plan or other XD These days she's rather enjoying doing all the evil death eater stuff and really loves torturing people, especially muggles and muggle borns, and she's been responsible for a few deaths. Georgie's the sort who can bat her eye lids and act super sweet, so chances are she'll find a way to ditch all the blame on some unfortunate guy who's got in the way XD so trying to catch this girl out will probably drive him up the wall XD

James:Yes, Maybe known each other for ever, get on pretty well but probably both too caught up in their own things to have anything other than a loose friendship? Still some shared childhood memories and the ability to sympathise about enforced piano practice would give them a bit of a bond, especially as they probably both feel a lot some of the people they knew back then might be sitting the fence as far as death eating goes – nice to know someone view run pretty parallel to yours. James would be someone Frank would expect to automatically join the order on graduation and would look forward to working with.


Ted: Naw poor Ted trapped bringing in the bread, on the other hand he does have a uber cute daughter. =p If Frank knew about his shed he’d be itching to get in it especially if he could have very geeky potions chatter. I’d quite like to see Ted have a job related melt down, cruel I know. I think these two could get on pretty well. Frank would probably be jealous of Ted’s family man set up and Ted maybe of Frank having a job that doesn’t bore him rigid. Still not sure as for a thread for them, any ideas?

Georgina: I love to play out a run in, I think more than sparks would fly! By the end of Hogwarts Frank would have loathed Georgina and would have walked into her sleazy plans time after time, not that it would have put him off trying to bring her to justice. Post Hogwarts this would have escalated further. One of his most traumatic outings as a trainee was on a routine patrol coming across a muggle family killed using unforgivable, Frank might have seen her leaving but she just palmed it off on whoever bowed to her fluttering eyelashes. I think he’d do moreless anything to catch her out. I think they should have an encounter when your back.

James: These two would probably make a better thread after graduation. Not a lot to do with them until that point.


Ted: Ted would love to share his potions enthusiasm with someone, I'm sure XD Ted could deffo end up having a bit of a melt down - more shown by him just acting completely out of character considering he's usually always happy and laughing - especially after a long day/particularly awkward case or whatever... Could always have them finishing up something and as the busy part of the day settles down have Ted be a bit sulkier than usual and fed up...

Georgina: They'll be awesome to thread - Death Eater and Auror are about as opposite as you can get. She'd enjoy the fact that he can't catch her without any evidence. Georgie and Saxon have (kinda, the thread sort of stopped) tortured a muggle born outside of Hogwarts and left him for dead, speared on the fence. Or that was the plan anyway... I dunno if Jest wants to continue it or not. Anyway, Frank could suspect she was behind it and she'd have great fun annoying him with the fact there's no evidence to prove it

Ted: Potions Pals =D Yes perhaps they could have been working a scene together, maybe some very public muggle baiting, not that serious in terms of causalities but pretty depressing and frustrating. If Ted seemed really down Frank would probably try and get him to open up probably by convincing him to come to the pub to have a job gripe.


Georgina: I love this. I could imagine Frank continually spotting her in public places and not being able to do a damn thing because although the situations remind him or Georgina at school she's to clever to leave a trail and without anything concrete the ministry just not interested.I could imagine Frank making a scene and Georgina playing perfect princess so he looks like the nutter with a grudge. I take in the muggles in your's and Jest's thread are Donnie's family?

Frank & Fabian
Same old house, both in the Order, young.... Need I say more?
I believe he and Fabian would be good friends and possibly even friends at Hogwarts, though I think Fabian would have been older... Still... maybe they could go on some missions together, drinks at a bar, dueling practice, etc.

Sooo Fabian & Frank = Gryffies for ever.

I imagine they moved in the same circles as kiddlewinks, so despite Fabian being three years older they probably knew each other even if Fabian only remembered Frank as that boring kid with the big ears and the hot mum...

If Fabian played Quiditch, Frank was a beater from his 4th-7th year so they may have had a one year overlap?

Post-Hogwarts

I think perhaps they got on better after Hogwarts when Frank was (slightly less?) hideously uncool and the age gap would be less significant especially as Frank's bezzie is Isaac. I imagine F&F probably see quite a lot of each other because of order stuff and being some of the younger members they probably liked to unwind together. I like the sound of dueling practice, anyhow they'd definitely be friends one way or another.

What terrific fun that sounds although Frank would like to reiterate that as Auror = DARK WIZARD CATCHER he fully intends to be the hunter not the hunted. So much for dreams, huh.
If ever you fancy a thread to use Frank as target practice I'd be all to happy to involved, whatever Frank's opinion.
